Cherimoya

Binomial name: Annona cherimola Mill.

The cherimoya tree is 8 metres tall with short trunk and rounded crown.

Origin: it is native to the Peruvian Andes and the mountains of Ecuador.

Medicinal values: it is advisable in cases of anaemia, high blood cholesterol levels, hypertension and cardiovascular risk. It helps in cases of stress.
