The avocado is a very strong tree that can reach up to 30 metres in height, although in farming does not surpass 5 metres.

Curiosities: its name comes from the nahuatl, a language of the Aztecs of Mexico. It emerges from the comparison between the form of the fruit and how it hangs out of the plant like a testicle, named ahuácatl.
